FAQs
Do you meet your clients before the wedding day?
I sure do! I love to meet my couples before we book the date. We can do this online or hang out for a cup of coffee. Just let me know whatever works for you. This allows us to see if we are an excellent fit for your special day.
Do you require a deposit?
To lock in your wedding date, a 30% deposit of the amount from the package you wish to book is required.
I need a service that is not on your website, and none of the packages in the pricing info suits me. Do you customise a Package?
Totally! Get in touch, and we can discuss what you have in mind and what you need for your wedding/elopement day.
Do you Travel?
Yup! 25km of travel is covered from Auckland upon your booking. Beyond that, a travel fee is added to your invoice.
For overseas bookings, get in touch, and we will develop a special package for your day.
How do we get our photos?
All photos will be downloadable in your private gallery with a secure password. You can share this gallery with whomever you want to share it. with.
Who edit your images?
I do the editing on my own. I do not use an outsourcing company or any A.I. software. I want to ensure that the photos I give to my clients are according to my standards and that they get the look they wish when booking me.
Do you retouch photos?
I edit my photos with minimal to no Photoshop alteration. I want to ensure the images will be authentic and real. To show the real people who booked me and their stories.
Whats your turn around time?
You will receive a private online gallery link with all your photos within 14 days. Maximum 4 weeks (most of the time, it's a lot less, depending on how busy the season we do your session in).

Can you help us with planning?
Absolutely! I would love to be of service not only with photography but also in planning your wedding day. I understand how stressful it can be. So when you book me, you can flick me a message anytime if you need help in finding vendors or anything about planning your special day! :).
How far out do you book?
I would love to talk to you about your wedding day a year in advance. My availability gets booked fast, especially if your wedding is in the wedding season (Summer).
Do we need an engagement shoot?
Engagement shoots are a fantastic way to feel what it is like in front of the camera. It is a super fun experience as you prepare for your wedding day. This can reduce your anxiety and show you what to expect for your special day. It is also a way you can build a relationship with your photographer. Your engagement session allows you to show your love story creatively without the time pressure of your wedding day.
How do we plan an engagement shoot?
The moment you want to do an engagement shoot, decide on a date and a location where you want to do the shoot (Beach, Garden, Forest, Home, etc.) I advise that you pick a location that is special to both of you so that the shoot will be more meaningful and memorable.
